  1. What’s one small thing that went okay today—even if the rest felt messy?
Noticing one thing counts. You don't have to fix everything to have done something right.
  2. Who’s one person you’re glad exists in your life right now?
They don't have to know. Just naming them is enough.
  3. What did you need more of today—rest, movement, or someone to talk to?
Knowing what you need is the first step. You're allowed to want it.
  4. If you could describe today in one word, what would it be?
One word is enough. You don't owe anyone a full report.
  5. What’s something you’re looking forward to—even if it’s small or far away?

  6. What would make tomorrow feel a little easier?

Sometimes we just need someone to ask. You're allowed to want that.
  9. What are you proud of from this week—even if it feels small?

  11. What made you smile or laugh recently—even briefly?
Brief still counts. Joy doesn't have to last hours to be real.
  12. If your body could say one thing to you right now, what would it be?
Listening to your body isn't selfish. It's how you show up for yourself.
  13. What’s one boundary you want to keep this week?
Boundaries aren't mean. They're how you stay enough for yourself.
  14. What do you wish someone had said to you today?
Sometimes we have to say it to ourselves first. You're allowed to need that.
  15. What’s one thing you’re grateful for that has nothing to do with productivity?
You don't have to earn rest or joy. Gratitude can be for the small, useless things too.
